By visiting the website www.vigolockers.com you can choose the date of your luggage storage reservation. When paying with your debit or credit card, you will receive a code in your email to store your luggage.

Which are our opening hours?
You can access to VIGO LOCKERS all the days 24 h. The purpose of our luggage storage or luggage lockers is to provide you with somewhere to leave your bags at any time.
Do I have to book in advance?
It is recommended to book in advance to ensure that you do not run out of available luggage locker. However, you can reserve the luggage locker just before using the locker if available.
Until when can I use the locker?
The luggage locker rental is for the duration you choose. If you decide to extend the locker for your suitcase, you can do so without any problem; you will only be charged for the extra time.

Can I access to the locker at any time?
Yes, you can access the luggage storage at any time, as long as your reservation is valid with the code assigned to you by the system.
How long can I book?
Luggage storage rental is available by the hour or for a full day. Rentals can be made for up to 30 consecutive days.
Can I cancel the reservation for the locker?
The contracted services can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the service and a full refund of the amount will be received by the same method used to pay for the luggage storage service.
Are my belongings safe?
The lockers are designed to provide the highest security of all luggage storage locations. We have Surveillance cameras 24h in all the establishment with alarm. In addition, we have an insurance for all the clients’ belongings.
Can I keep valuables in VIGO LOCKERS?
Yes, you can leave valuable objects, but we aren’t the responsibles as you can read in “general conditions“. It is suggested making sure to close the lockers ‘ doors and the entrance’s door well. However, the establishment has Surveillance cameras 24 hours.
